If you order the wrong size, the product will not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Policy
All pet toys purchased from www.lovencaretoys.com can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please share:
- Clear photos of the product
- Proper unboxing video as proof
Without photo and video proof, the return request may not be accepted.
Eligible Items for Return
LoveNcare accepts returns for:
- Unused pet toys in original packaging
- Damaged or defective products received during shipping
- Wrong item delivered by mistake
- Unopened accessories with original tags
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or chewed toys (unless there is a manufacturing defect)
- Pet treats or food items
- Customized or personalized toys
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products ordered in the wrong size (Small / Medium / Large)
Return Condition Requirements
To qualify for return, the product must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and not damaged by pets
- In original packaging with all tags
- Returned with original invoice/receipt
- Returned with any free gifts or combo items
Refund Policy
Refund Processing
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Refund will be made to the original payment method.
For Online Payments (Credit Card / UPI / Net Banking):
Refund will reflect within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refund will be made through bank transfer or cheque to the registered address.
Refund Amount
Full Refund:
- If the product is defective
- If the product is damaged during shipping
- If a wrong item is delivered
Store Credit:
- May be offered if customer prefers it
- May be given if the original payment method is not available
Return Shipping Charges:
For non-defective returns, ₹100–150 return shipping fee will be deducted from refund amount.
Special Cases
Defective Product:
Full refund including return shipping cost.
Wrong Item Delivered:
Free return pickup will be arranged by LoveNcare.
Gift Orders:
Refund will be given as store credit to the gift receiver.
Return Process
How to Start a Return
- Email us at: naveen@shivpol.com within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number, product photos, unboxing video, and reason for return
- After approval, we will send return instructions
- Pack the item safely in original packaging with invoice copy
Return Shipping
- Free Pickup: Available for defective, damaged, or wrong items
- Self Shipping: You can ship the item using your own courier (reimbursement up to ₹100)
- Return address will be shared after approval (Mumbai warehouse)
Inspection Process
- All returned products will be checked within 2–3 business days
- If the item does not meet return conditions, it may be rejected
- Approved refunds will be processed immediately after inspection
Exchange Policy
Exchange Rules
- Only one-time exchange allowed per product
- Size or color exchange available within 7 days (if applicable)
- Free exchange for defective products (subject to stock availability)
